Spa EtiquetteAppointment PolicyWe require a credit card number in order to hold a reservation. For groups of 5 or more a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve appointments. Deposit will be applied to the full payment due 14 days prior to event Cancellation PolicyWe require at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There is a $50 charge for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, and a 100% charge for no shows. All reservations MUST be held with credit card and balance settled 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does. GratuitiesIf you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred. Late ArrivalsIf you arrive late for an appointment, we can only offer you the remaining time of your treatment. Parties / GroupsWedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. For parties of 5 or more, a gratuity of 20% will be added to the service total. Gift CertificatesGift certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Body By Brooklyn Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Body By Brooklyn cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.
