Spa Etiquette & Appointment Policies

Appointment Policy

  • At the time of reservation, the associated credit card will be preauthorized for the full amount of treatments. The card will preauthorize for the order amount. If an order is $100 the card will preauthorize at $100. Once the order is closed, the preauthorization charge will be reversed from the owner’s credit card and will repost to the client’s account within their bank’s processing time.
  • $50 deposit per treatment, on a valid credit card, is required to hold a reservation. This policy applies for guests using gift certificates, spa week or spa finder vouchers as well.
  • An 18+ valid state ID is required the day of service to complete the transaction.
  • $100 deposit is required to reserve a VIP room.
  • VIP Passes are not accepted on Saturday and Sundays due to high volume.
  • Expired VIP passes are NOT be accepted
  • Wet Lounge Daily Passes are first come first serve and  accommodated according to schedule/capacity permission. Please call ahead for schedule details.
  • It is advised to arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to treatment time to comfortably check-in and change.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment. There is a $50 charge for cancelled/rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice. A 100% charge for no shows.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does.

Gratuities

It is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment, we can only offer you the remaining time of your treatment, no exceptions. It is advised to arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to treatment time to comfortably check-in and change.

Parties / Groups

Wedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome. Packages and pricing available. Please call for details.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Body By Brooklyn Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Body By Brooklyn is not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To purchase gift certificates over $100, provide valid photo ID via fax 718-923-9717  or email confirmations@b3hospitalitygroup.com.  *Gift Certificate will NOT activate until  ID associated with Gift Certificate purchase, is processed. $20 reactivation year per year after expiration. Gift Certificate and Gifts Card will not be redeemable until 48hrs after initial purchase. Gift Certificates and Gift Card will only be redeemable with valid ID.

Bathing Suits & Flip Flops

Bring your own bathing suit or disposables are provided for a nominal fee. Flip Flops or water proof shoes are required to walk around the facility and wet lounge in. We also have sandals for a small fee if forgotten.

Spa Etiquette & Policies

    • Robes are to be worn at all times in the dry lounge.
    • Bathing suits are required in the wet lounge.
    • Sandals are required in the entire facility.
    • We have a strict no cell phone policy. We are not responsible for lost or damaged phones.
    • Shower before using pools, steam room, or saunas.
    • If you’d like a shower cap or hair tie, they are available at the front desk for no cost.
    • Weekend brunch is first come first serve. Expect delays if parties are scheduled during that day. Please call ahead for party information.
    • Food is not allowed in the wet lounge.
    • Outside food is prohibited at the spa. Exception provided for dessert associated with celebration for a $25 cake fee.
    • There is a $10 corking fee per outside bottle of wine or champagne (no liquor permitted). 3 bottle max per party/group of 5. Permissible to groups and parties only.
    • Body By Brooklyn is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in your robe or the facility.
    • Arrive to the Waiting Area 10 minutes prior to your treatment time.
    • We suggest that all your valuables are placed in the lockers at the front desk upon checking in.
    • There is a $10 fee for lost or misplaced locker keys.
    • The wet lounge closes 30 minutes prior to closing time.
    • Our facility is an 18+ spa
    • To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.
