Join us on Thursday, February 22nd from 7pm-10pm for a guided yoga and spa experience to help you master the artistry of self-love.

Starting with the breath, teacher Crystal Starr will lead participants through a rhythmic hatha yoga class designed to offer the body space while providing clarity to the mind. Whether you’re a yoga newbie or have been practicing for years, this experience will help you break through physical and mental barriers and enjoy the relaxation and energy benefits of finding your personal flow. Then indulge in our Wet Lounge while learning the benefits of spa therapy for the body, mind, and soul.

This event is a three hour guided experience featuring:

  • Interactive discussion on yoga and spa fundamentals led by Crystal Starr

  • 45 minute hatha yoga class

  • 20 minute guided relaxation/meditation exercise

  • 60 minute Wet Lounge experience with robes, towels and scrub kit provided, including

Description: Enjoy a hatha yoga class followed by a spa session including saunas, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge pool, plus drinks, snacks, and giveaways to celebrate self-care and slow living.
