Guests will be briefed on party details, package options and spa policy. To ensure a smooth schedule, each guest is limited to 120 minutes of treatment time. No substitutions or exclusions from packaging. All reservations MUST be held with credit card and balance settled 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.
Guests are responsible for 100% payment for the services reserved regardless of the reason for cancelling. Lateness will result in reduction of time in scheduled services.
